I am always happy to receive press releases and samples of product relevant to the blog, as well as invitations to experience hotels, spas and other interesting places, on the understanding that not everything I receive will make it into copy and that I will always write my unbiased opinion. I reserve the right not to post a review. I do occasionally run clearly marked sponsored posts. Although these are renumerated, all content must adhere to the general tone and feel of the blog, and I reserve the right to decline any collaboration if it does not meet this criteria.
AFFILIATE MARKETING
Any affiliate marketing activity on the blog will be by way of deep-linking within posts and will only be for products/experiences that I like. I often recommend items I like as part of editorial posts. These recommendations are free from monetary concerns, and represent my own honest opinion, unalloyed by any commercial decision. The on-line links that I provide to product I mention in copy will sometimes, but not always, be to companies with whom I have a small commission based agreement. This arrangement has no effect on my unbiased editorial opinion (most on-line stores have an affiliate programme), no content will be driven by these considerations. There is no additional cost to consumers, as all commission costs are born by the brands.
